How does Conflict Coaching work?
Working collaboratively with an independent impartial experienced coach who will ask questions to:

How much does it cost?
This is dependant on how many sessions are needed but can cost as little as £250.00 for a single session generally a one off session would be used as relatively quick exploration to a specific situation.
Usually a programme of 4 to 6 sessions is generally recommended for clients wanting to develop new skills in dealing with interpersonal conflict.
